By accessing or using the Unitz AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description & AI Usage

Unitz AI provides AI-powered property management tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Outputs: The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content, including lease drafts, maintenance responses, and financial summaries. These outputs are for assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content for accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance.
• No Professional Advice: Unitz AI is not a law firm, financial advisor, or real estate broker. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or professional real estate advice. Your use of any information provided by the Service is at your own risk.
• Service Availability: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. User Responsibilities & Fair Housing

As a user of Unitz AI, you agree to:

• Fair Housing Compliance: Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws, including the Fair Housing Act, which prohibits discrimination in housing based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
• Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Data Accuracy: Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.
• Lawful Use: Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription.

• Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our IP: Unitz AI and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Unitz AI Inc. and its licensors.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems (robots, spiders, etc.) to scrape data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNITZ AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unitz AI Inc. and its employees, contractors, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
