Our Story
It started with a leaky faucet at 3 AM.
Back in 2023, our founders were managing a small portfolio of 15 units. One night, a tenant called about a leak. The plumber was unavailable, the tenant was upset, and the spreadsheet tracking maintenance requests was outdated.
We realized that property management was broken. It was reactive, manual, and stressful. We knew there had to be a better way to handle the chaos.
So we built Unitz AI: a platform that proactively handles maintenance, automates rent, and gives landlords their peace of mind back.
