Unitz AI Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) uses artificial intelligence features on the Unitz.ai property management platform (the “Service”) to help property managers, tenants, and internal teams work more efficiently. AI features may assist with:

• Answering property-management questions within your organization.
• Searching organization-scoped documents and records.
• Drafting communications and reports.
• Maintenance triage, reminders, workflow suggestions, and operational alerts.
• Extracting information from uploaded documents.
• Summarizing risk, maintenance, financial, leasing, insurance, and compliance signals.

2. What AI Does Not Do

AI features are not intended to:

• Replace professional legal, financial, insurance, or compliance advice.
• Make final eviction, collections, lease, pricing, housing, or financial decisions without authorized human review.
• Access data outside the authenticated customer, organization, or tenant scope.
• Guarantee that generated summaries, classifications, or recommendations are complete or error-free.

3. Human Oversight

High-impact or consequential actions may require human review, approval, or escalation. Property managers remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it for decisions or external communications.

4. Data Used by AI

AI features may process:

• User prompts and chat messages.
• Organization records, such as properties, leases, tenants, payments, maintenance, documents, and communications.
• Uploaded documents for extraction or summarization.
• Operational logs, traces, and evaluation data used to improve safety and reliability.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

We may use third-party AI and observability providers, including model APIs, document AI services, and evaluation or tracing tools. These providers are reviewed under our vendor management process and contractual safeguards.

6. Limitations

AI systems can make mistakes, omit context, produce incomplete summaries, or respond incorrectly to ambiguous information. Users should verify important outputs against source records and contact support or a qualified professional where appropriate.

7. Reporting AI Concerns

Users may report AI concerns, incorrect outputs, privacy issues, biased results, or unintended consequences through our support or privacy channels. Reports are reviewed and escalated according to our incident and privacy procedures.
