We want Unitz AI to work well for as many people as possible. This statement describes our approach to accessibility, where we stand today, and how to share feedback.

Partially conformant — most of the interfaces we build meet AA, with documented exceptions.
Tune motion, contrast, text size, and focus on this device — no account required.
Tell us about a barrier and we'll use it to guide what we improve next.
Unitz AI is committed to making our products accessible to as many people as possible, and to improving the experience over time. We consider people who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard, magnify the screen, or prefer reduced motion as we design and build the product.
This statement describes our current conformance status, the parts of the product it covers, the limitations we're aware of, and how to share feedback. It is provided for information only and does not create any contractual obligation or warranty.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our reference standard for the surfaces listed in Section 3.
Unitz AI is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard. Most of the interfaces we build and operate ourselves are designed to meet Level AA; some content — particularly the embedded third-party tools described in Section 7 — may not fully conform.
This is a self-assessment based on our internal review and testing. It is not a formal third-party certification. Enterprise customers can request our latest internal audit summary and vendor accessibility matrix under NDA by emailing accessibility@unitz.ai.
It applies to the surfaces we own and operate:
To support accessibility across these surfaces, we generally:

Unitz AI is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnifiers. Some features may not work as expected on older browsers or unsupported configurations.
Some features rely on services provided by other companies. We choose vendors with strong security and usability practices, but we do not control their interfaces and cannot represent that every embedded experience meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The main ones are:
Where relevant, we ask vendors for accessibility conformance documentation (such as a VPAT) as part of our due diligence.
Even on the surfaces we build, some areas may not fully conform. Known limitations include:
If a feature isn't working for you, contacting us (Section 10) is often the fastest way to find an alternative route to the same task.
We assess accessibility using a combination of:
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Unitz AI. If you run into a barrier, need content in another format, or want help finishing a task, please get in touch:
It helps if you can include:
We try to review accessibility feedback as soon as we reasonably can and use it to help prioritize improvements. We can't guarantee a specific outcome or timeline, but we'll do our best to help and to suggest an alternative way to complete the task where one is available.
Local accessibility preferences sit alongside the other on-device data described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. They are functional, device-local settings — not used for tracking or advertising.
